PLMS.ai is a professional learning and management system operated by PLMS Ltd. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use software.plms.one and our related applications.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, and organisation details provided at sign-up.
• Usage data — AI skill queries, learning completions, SOP interactions, and operational logs within your organisation.
• Billing data — handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and session identifiers for security and performance.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and improve the PLMS platform and AI Skills.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts).
• To respond to demo requests and support queries.
• To analyse platform usage in aggregate (never sold to third parties).

4. AI data processing

Queries submitted to PLMS.ai AI Skills are processed via the Anthropic API. We do not use your data to train AI models. Conversation history is stored securely in your organisation's workspace and is accessible only to authorised users in your org.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Clerk — authentication and identity management.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Anthropic — AI query processing.

6. Data retention

Account and usage data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

7. Your rights
