1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PLMS.ai and its related applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of service

PLMS.ai provides a professional learning and management platform including AI-powered skills, SOP management, operations logging, and analytics (the "Service"). Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts and organisations

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Each subscription is tied to one organisation. Sharing access outside your organisation is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
• A 14-day free trial is available on Starter and Growth plans — no credit card required to start.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
• Submit content that is abusive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent.

6. AI-generated content

AI Skills produce outputs based on your organisation's data and AI model responses. These outputs are provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before acting on it. PLMS.ai does not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.

7. Intellectual property

Content you upload to PLMS (courses, SOPs, logs) remains your property. You grant PLMS.ai a limited licence to process this content solely to deliver the Service. PLMS.ai retains all rights to the platform, AI infrastructure, and branding.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLMS.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
